Head Chef Adam Wright has created a delicious menu of Cuban-style tapas that will be the perfect accompaniment to the rums.
We will be tasting six delicious rums either neat, with ice or with mixers. Sean Duprey (Brand Ambassador from Angostura Rums) will talk through the different styles of rum, how it is made and the provenance of the rums.

A blend of the finest matre rums, hand-picked by the master blender from select casks. These rus are aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years
and then skilfully hand blended and re-casked. Upon the rum's optimum maturity, it is hand-drawn, filtered and hand bottled.
A marvellous anejo made from a blend of light and heavy molasses based rums aged for a minimum of 8 years in charred American oak bourbon barrels. Beautifully soft, revealing a
generous and long-lasting array of toasty flavours as a result of long ageing in charred barrels.
Angostura 5 Year Old
A golden rum from Trinidad aged for 5 or more years in American bourbon barrels. It presents chocolate spice, vanilla and toasted oak flavours and provides a remarkably
warm and mellow finish. It can be enjoyed neat as a sipping rum or over ice, however its deep character lends to being mixed with stronger mixes, spices and herbs.
Angostura Reserva 7 Year Old
This powerful, robust and flavourful rum is a blend of light, medium and heavy rums distilled in Angostura's continuous still at different intensities and matured in once-used oak
casks for a minimum of 7 years. Mouth watering flavours include maple, chocolate, honey and toffee and presents a rich full bodied taste that tapers off in t the classic rum finish.
XR Angostura Reserva
This 3 year old white rum is distilled in Angostura's 5-column still, and is aged in American oak bourbon barrels. Creamy and slightly herbaceous with sugared almonds and citrus blossom on the nose. With leafy mint, white pepper, blueberry and vibrant mango on the palate and a medium length finish.
Rolling Calf Spiced Rum
A folklore inspired spirit, made from a blend of Caribbean rums and unique spices, that invites the drinker to discover the darker side of the Caribbean.
The blend incorporates rums from Trinidad and Barbados specially selected by our Master Blenders including some rums that have been enhanced by 3 years maturation in oak barrels in the heat of the tropics.
